Group Combat Leashing Fix and Eyes of the Beast Threat Bug

After yesterday's announcement of a hotfix for Solenor the Slayer, Blizzard comments on the reason for the bug fix and when it applies to group combat leashing. In addition, Blizzard has announced that they've found another bug related to Eyes of the Beast and threat.
