Layered Realms Update for October 24th

Blizzard has announced that a new wave of Classic EU realms no longer has multiple layers active.

Today, we took the final step to reach a state where there are no longer multiple layers on the following realms:

Dreadmist
Flamelash
Stonespine
Transcendence
These are in addition to the realms that we listed on 3 October.
