8.3 PTR Vulpera Hearthstone Racial Animations

With the latest 8.3 build, the upcoming Vulpera Allied Race has received new animations for their two Hearthstone-esque racials: Make Camp and Return to Camp.

Make Camp: Make a camp at this location. Can only be used outdoors.
Return to Camp: Return to your camp.

With Make a Camp, you will create a small camp, and when you use Return Camp, you will have a small cutscene of a Vulpera caravan bringing you back to your camp!
