Ny'alotha, the Waking City Includes a Raid Skip Quest

Players have been hoping for a Raid Skip quest for this entire expansion, but there hasn't been one since Antorus, the Burning Throne. After today's raid testing, a raid skip has been found after you defeat the first boss.

Skip Quest

You will receive the raid skip quest at the beginning of the raid AFTER you defeat Wrathion.
