October 22nd Hotfixes - Eternal Palace Nerfs, Battle for Nazjatar Randomization, Energy Cells for Everyone

Blizzard has updated their list of hotfixes for Patch 8.2.5 with the previously announced Eternal Palace Nerfs, some randomization in the timer for Battle for Nazjatar, and hotfixes for the Mechagon Quest Energy Cells for Everyone.
