8.3 PTR - Rustbolt Resistance Insignia No Longer Gives Reputation Above Exalted

The Rustbolt Resistance Insignia Reputation from Mechagon will no longer work to provide reputation above Exalted on the 8.3 PTR. This is probably a reaction to the number of Spare Crates that World First Guilds are saving in order to get an Artifact Power boost for next tier.

The new tooltip for the Rustbolt Resistance Insignia includes the clause "up to Exalted reputation".
