Weekly Reset Hotfixes - Gold from Bonus Rolls and Raid Nerfs

With this week's realm restarts, Blizzard has implemented a hotfix to have Bonus Rolls give players 2000g instead of Artifact Power if you have your Heart of Azeroth at the max level.

With realm restarts in each region, we've made this hotfix:

Bonus rolls that reward AP now instead grant 2,000 gold to players who have maximized their Heart of Azeroth.
