Gnome and Tauren Mount Size Changes

Blizzard has adjusted the size of mounts for Gnome and Tauren players on the 8.2 PTR. Tauren will not look gigantic, while Gnomes will actually be able to reach the reins of their mounts.

By developing this new tech, Blizzard is looking to fix issues with mounts that have the opposite problem--appearing too small.
