Upcoming Vision of Perfection Change for Brewmaster Monk and Guardian Druid

In the next PTR build, Blizzard has announced a change to what ability receives the cooldown reduction from the Vision of Perfection Essence on the Brewmaster Monk and Guardian Druid classes.

Previously, Brewmaster Monks and Guardian Druids would receive Fortifying Brew and Survival Instincts respectively, which was a randomly procced defensive cooldown.
