Patch 8.2 PTR Build 30430 - Blingtron 7000, Nazjatar Map, Loading Screens, Icons

New PTR build means new models and maps. This build brings us Blingtron 7000 model, the map for Nazjatar, updated loading screens for Nazjatar and Eternal Palace, and icons.
