Absorbs No Longer Prevent Being Dazed on 8.2 Rise of Azshara PTR

With mount equipment coming to Patch 8.2 Rise of Azshara, we've found that absorbed damage no longer prevents players from being dazed and being dismounted when being hit by melee attacks from behind.

Because of the common Azerite Power Resounding Protection, this change may have been added to make the upcoming Comfortable Rider's Barding Mount Equipment more appealing, and competitive with other Equipment such as Inflatable Mount Shoes Water Walking.
