8.2 PTR Build 30430 - Character Wipe, What's New Screen

The latest 8.2 PTR build wipes character progress, letting players progress through Nazjatar and acquire Essences from scratch. The Essence vendors are gone and the Heart of Azeroth neck is not bumped up to level 55 anymore.

With Classic Beta also starting today, we're curious how large this 8.2 PTR build will be.
