Conflict and Strife Essence - PvP Talent Updates for 8.2 PTR Build 30613

The latest 8.2 PTR build has changed some of the PvP Talents specs acquire with the Conflict and Strife Essence, such as Balance Druids unlocking Thorns instead of Moonkin Aura. Conflict and Strife has a Major Power which allows you to use a predetermined PvP Talent at all times, similar to the Soul of the X Legendary rings from Legion.
