There's another round of additions to the WoW Classic Not a Bug list, including no training dummies in Classic, a high drop rate on the Eye of Shadow, and most Thorium Brotherhood recipes coming in Phase 3.

Greetings!I’ve just made an update to the original post with the following additions:

Offhand attacks that occur while on-next-hit abilities such as Heroic Strike are queued do not suffer the dual wield to-hit penalty.
