Stealth Nerfs to Orgozoa and Za'qul in the Eternal Palace

With the launch of Patch 8.2.5, Blizzard has stealthily nerfed the Orgozoa and Za'qul encounters in the Eternal Palace raid. These changes also affect the Mythic version of these encounters.
