The Mystery of the Reins of the Bengal Tiger Mount in Patch 8.2.5

The Reins of the Bengal Tiger, an unused mount from vanilla, has some curious hints in Patch 8.2.5.

Several weeks ago the PTR Update included Jenafur, a secret currently in-progress for Patch 8.2.5, and updates to the Bengal Tiger mount data:

With this update, the Reins of the Bengal Tiger was updated to epic quality and the race tag to "Alliance Only." Other unused vanilla mounts like Reins of the Leopard did not receive the same treatment.
