Accord Ring Enchants Stealth Nerfed in Patch 8.2.5

The servers came up early on US realms today and players have noticed a stealth nerf to the Accord of X Ring enchants.

The Accord of the X Ring enchants previous provided +60 secondary stats, however on live, players have noticed that these are only providing +50 secondary stat. It doesn't appear to be just a tooltip error, as removing the ring removes 50 secondary stat.
