Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for January 17th - Breath of the Dying Proc Rate, Rare Respawn Increased

Blizzard has posted Patch 8.3 hotfixes for January 17th including a fix to the Breath of the Dying proc rate, an increase in rare respawns, fixes to the Auction House and more!

Bids now display properly in the sell tab for caged pets.
