Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for January 27th, 2020 - Spirit Drinker Fix, Trinket Tuning, Corruption in PvP Nerf

Blizzard has released hotfixes for today including a fix for the bugged Spirit Drinkers, buffs to many Season 4 Trinkets and nerfs to Corruption in PvP. One of the trinket changes includes a way to prevent the levitation effect of the Wrathion Trinket!
