Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for January 24th - Ny'alotha Trinket Buffs

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for January 24th, which includes buffs to certain Ny'alotha Trinkets, removed cloaks from Emissary caches, fixed a bug with Emergency Cranial Defibrillation in Horrific Visions and more!

Fixed a bug where Azeroth's Radiance could shorten its channel duration without the player casting or moving.

Azeroth's Radiance now resets its cooldown on a wipe and at the start of the encounter.
