Blizzard Offering Replacements or Refunds for Damaged Charity Server Blades

Back in late 2019, Blizzard sold limited-edition World of Warcraft Charity Server Blades. However, many of them arrived damaged due to poor packaging, which caused great disappointment as the price tag was steep and players were looking forward to receiving these as gifts in time for the winter holidays.

Now, Blizzard is sending emails out to recipients offering refunds or replacements for the damaged blades. Below is the full email one of our friends was sent:
