Torghast Experience Coming in Patch 9.1? (Speculation)

Patch 9.1 datamining hints at ways for players to earn experience in Torghast. Adding Torghast to Threads of Fate leveling has been a long-requested feature in Shadowlands.

While there is no official confirmation from Blizzard or ability to level in Torghast on the PTR, we've found an interesting spell and currency hinting that this feature may be in development:
