Patch 9.1 Encounter Journal - Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned World Boss

The patch 9.1 PTR Encounter Journal has been updated to include Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned, a new world boss in Korthia. Although the Tormentor's journal entry does not yet include any loot, it will likely be somewhere around 226 item level to match Normal Sanctum of Domination, similar to the 9.0 world bosses.
