New Death-Themed Cosmetic Cloaks in Patch 9.1 Chains of Domination

Today's 9.1 PTR Build added more cosmetic cloaks with death-themed appearances. There are three different styles, each with seven tints, which have the same visual theme as the Sanctum of Domination raid sets.

Here are the datamined cosmetic cloaks so far. Streamer MrGM reported getting one from the new Tormentors of Torghast event on the PTR!
