Spirit of Zandalar Shows Up In Player's Spellbooks on Classic World of Warcraft

Randomly, Spirit of Zandalar has shown up in player's spellbooks in Classic World of Warcraft, allowing them to give the buff to everyone in their entire zone.

Is this related to the ? Why did this just happen in the last five minutes? Capital cities are impossible to traverse because of the absurd lag, players are spamming the buff from their spellbooks on global cooldown. Players are reporting it works inside Naxxramas, as well.
