Sanctum of Domination Encounter Journal for 9.1 PTR Build 38394 - More Descriptions in Sylvanas Fight

Blizzard has updated the Sanctum of Domination Encounter Journal for Build 38394. While much of the raid loot is still placeholder, some encounters have received ability changes and the Sylvanas encounter received an overview that sheds light on where the fight takes place. Players battle Sylvanas atop Torghast, while spanning the In Between, and finally atop the convergence of the Shadowlands itself.
