Bow and Cloak with Unique Effects Drops Off Sylvanas in Sanctum of Domination

In the Sanctum of Domination Raid, there are two drops with very unique effects that can be rewarded when defeating the final boss of the raid, Sylvanas.

The two drops that have unique effects will drop off of Sylvanas in the Sanctum of Domination. Remember that the drops off of the final 2 bosses in the upcoming raid will have loot that is 7 item levels higher. These items are:

DNT - PH - 9.1 Raid Bow 2 (Sylvanas): Bow for Hunters.
