Patch 9.0.5 PTR Datamined Valor Point Upgrade Details - Ranks, Item Level and Costs

More aspects of the Valor Point system have been added in this 9.0.5 PTR Build. We've datamined more details about Valor Points which includes the number of ranks, the item level of each rank, and the number of Valor Points that will be needed to upgrade.

This is datamined information and may be incorrect, outdated or updated in the future as Blizzard changes things on the PTR.
