Venthyr Dungeon Bonus Tuning for Halls of Atonement and Sanguine Depths in Patch 9.0.5

This Patch 9.0.5 PTR Build contains some tuning to the Venthyr Covenant dungeon bonuses in Halls of Atonement and Sanguine Depths. With a Venthyr in Patch 9.0.5, Halls of Atonement should be harder, while Sanguine Depths should be easier!
