Lady Sylvanas Windrunner is one of the most popular and controversial characters in World of Warcraft's history. People seem to both love her and hate her with an equal amount of passion. Throughout Battle for Azeroth, we saw this play out in-game, as certain Horde questlines were split between Sylvanas loyalists and Saurfang loyalists.
