WoW Patch 8.3.7 Download Available for NA Servers - Extended Maintenance

Patch 8.3.7 is now available for download on the launcher for NA while extended maintenance is currently taking place for live WoW servers.

This patch doesn't have anything that will change for the player, and contains background changes required for Shadowlands.
