July 22nd Hotfixes - Prophet Skitra Health and Thought Harvester Changes Reverted

Blizzard has updated the Hotfix blog with a fix for the unintentional increase to Prophet Skitra's health and Thought Harvesters ability to cast while moving, which went live after yesterday's maintenance.
