The latest Shadowlands build has added an early UI for the Great Vault, a system that allows you to choose your weekly cache reward. By completing certain objectives in Raids, Dungeons and PvP, you will unlock more options for your Weekly reward, and the gear's Item Level is determined by certain factors found in today's datamining.
