List of New Recipes from Reputation Vendors in Classic WoW Phase 5

WoW Classic Phase 5 introduces a number of new recipes from reputation vendors including weapon oils and the Agility to 2H Weapon enchant. Here is a complete list of the new recipes available July 28th.
