Patch Day Mythic Ny'alotha Changes - Skitra Buffed, Moving Thought Harvesters

With the launch of Patch 8.3.7, Mythic Ny'alotha has had some interesting changes tonight on NA servers, buffing Prophet Skitra and making the Thought Harvesters able to cast while moving. These are likely bugs but it's unknown when or if these changes will be fixed.

Prophet Skitra's health has increased by 40% from about 158.9M previously to 221.9M today.
