The World Quest Flight School: Flapping Frenzy can be found by Fate's Precipe in northern Bastion, and puts you in a side-scrolling camera view, where you have a vehicle menu with the spell Flap, which gives you some altitude. Careful timing between flaps is required for you to traverse through the maze.
