Class and Covenant Recap for Shadowlands Build 35167 - Class Changes, New Legendaries, Soulbind Conduits

Last week, Shadowlands Alpha Build 35167 contained many class, covenant, legendaries and conduits updates. This build includes new Legendary Powers for Demon Hunters, Paladins, Monks and Holy Priests and Soulbind Conduits for Death Knights, Priests and Shamans.
