Peace Treaty Between Alliance and Horde? - New Questline Coming in Visions of N'zoth (Spoilers)

Blizzard released today a video with the highlights from patch 8.3, Visions of N'zoth. One of these highlights is the announcement of a questline hidden in the PTR, which deals with the aftermath of the Fourth War and a peace treaty between Alliance and Horde.
