Patch 8.3 PTR Spell Changes - Horrific Vision Tuning, Skip Quest, Corruption Bow Buff

More spell changes have been hotfixed on the 8.3 PTR, targeting Horrific Visions. In addition, some new spells have been added that reference the Intro quest skip and the Corruption Ny'alotha bow has gotten changed as well.

Highlights

Whispering Eldritch Bow: Your auto-shots reduce the remaining cooldown of a random Hunter ability by 1.02.0 sec.
