January 21st Hotfixes - Infinite Stars and Psyche Shredder Nerfs

First round of Season 4 hotfixes are here, covering Vulpera, Ny'alotha, World Boss credit, the BRD Pet Battle Dungeon, and more! Of particular note, the Psyche Shredder trinket's effect can only be triggered by spells, making it less desirable for melee, Infinite Stars got another nerf following last week's nerf, and Guardian Druids are nerfed in PvP.
