Complete a +19 Keystone This Week If You Want a +15 Next Week

Blizzard has officially confirmed that you need to complete a +19 keystone this week if you want a +15 next week. The patch Notes have also been altered to remove the "an additional" words, meaning that Keystones will be decreasing by exactly 4 as we originally predicted.
