8.3 PTR Hotfixes - Corrupted Weapon Retuning

Some of the Corrupted Weapons that drop from the Ny'alotha have had their effects and/or Corruption values retuned on the 8.3 PTR. We're not sure if this affects random Corruption procs but we've listed out all the changes to the guaranteed Corrupted weapons seen on the PTR so far.
