8.3 Gouged Eye of N'zoth: Adding Sockets to Your Gear - Details and Restrictions

We finally got to test the Gouged Eye of N'zoth item on the 8.3 PTR and we can confirm that it does add a socket to a piece of gear. However, there are some restrictions on what you can add a socket to, preventing sockets on Eternal Palace gear.
