Wrathion Blackwing Descent Cutscene in Visions of N'Zoth (Spoilers)

One of the cutscenes from the introductory Patch 8.3 quests has been added to the PTR, featuring Wrathion! 8.3 story spoilers.

While the general Patch 8.3 story has been playable on the PTR for some time, this cutscene wasn't present until this week's PTR build. Here we see Wrathion transform into a dragon and break free of Xanesh's trap:

Wrathion: Enough! You cannot break me like you broke my father!
Wrathion: The black dragonflight will purge your master from Azeroth!
