Changes to Mythic+ Scaling on the 8.3 PTR - Base Season 4 Scaling, K Value, Dungeon Changes

With Patch 8.3 coming soon, we're covering some more changes to the Mythic+ dungeon scaling on the 8.3 PTR for Season 4. This includes an increase in the base dungeon scaling, since we last reported on it, a K value increase that reduces the defensive power of all tanks and all the dungeon changes that have been found so far.

Base Dungeon Scaling

I previously reported on the Base Dungeon scaling. This value of 45% was changed the week after I posted this article to 52.6%.
