8.3 Operation: Mechagon - Heroic Difficulty, Mythic+ Tuning and Vision of Perfection

Operation: Mechagon will be available on Heroic and Mythic+ difficulties and split into two different sections: Junkyard and Workshop. In addition, special tuning has been made to enemies in Mythic+ and the end-of-dungeon chests can award progression towards all 3 Ranks of Vision of Perfection.
