Overwhelming Power Azerite Trait Nerfed in Patch 8.3

On the 8.3 PTR, Blizzard has nerfed the Proc rate of the Overwhelming Power Azerite Trait. This trait was overwhelmingly powerful for the ring that it was on.

Overwhelming Power Trait Nerf

The Overwhelming Power proc rate has been nerfed from RPPM to RPPM, removing the Haste modifier from the Proc rate. Depending on how much Haste you have, the number of procs you will get and your overall uptime will be reduced. RPPM stands for Real Procs Per Minute.
