Veteran of the Fourth War - New Death Knight Flavor Ability

Blizzard has added the Death Knight ability Veteran of the Fourth War, reflecting the recent War Campaign in Battle for Azeroth which ended outside the Gates of Orgrimmar.

This ability is functionally identical to Veteran of the Third War, an ability available to all Death Knights which increases Stamina by 10%. On the 8.3 PTR, we cannot create new Allied Race Death Knights, but existing Death Knights still have Veteran of the Third War.
