According to one of the previously reported blue posts, Honor from PvP kills happening at certain times of the day were not being properly recorded due to the honor recording script automatically running before the end of the day.

Blizzard has released two new blue posts over the last couple minutes explaining how they are tackling the Honor Calculations Bug that has been happening over the past couple of weeks.
