8.3 PTR Build 32861 - King's Rest Dungeon Nerfs

This PTR build comes with nerfs to various abilities in King's Rest.

Ability Nerfs

Bosses

Barrel Through   Inflicts 163150 Physical damage to the target and knocks them back. The damage is reduced for every player hit by Barrel Through.
~8% nerf

Barrel Through   Aka'ali charges a targeted player, hitting any players in between her and the targeted player for 2724 Physical damage, and hitting the targeted player with Barreling Impact.
